Open Arms Youth Center is a program of Center Point Outreach. Center Point is committed to transforming the community with the Gospel.
The Mission of Open Arms Youth Center is to minister to the physical, spiritual, and social needs of the people of our community.
Open Arms Youth Center is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit corporation based in West Hamlin, WV. The idea began with a band of Christian Pastors coming together and seeing the need in the community. We desire not only to make a difference in individual lives, but to build a healthy, vibrant community that is able to provide its citizens with opportunities for a better tommorow.
